Our vacation at Higgins Lake here in Michigan is going well, we haven’t had internet access at all but I managed to snag a neighbors wifi by accident while walking through the house, trying to find his wireless signal, yes, no accident. In a normal situation I would discourage “Free Wireless” but in this particular case, I am greatful

So our first few days have been very relaxing, we came out a month earlier than normal this year so its a bit colder in the mornings and late at night and the water has been considerably colder, we went out on the lake today for a few hours of fun in the sun (To the point <– For Travis) today on our family’s new boat, and the water was so cold it was hard to stay in for very long, but it was refreshing and we all lazed sleepily in the warm sun and gentle breeze.

Every evening Mark and I have been playing chess and then we normally all end up playing cards. On the first day we were here there was an enormous wind storm that seemed to come up out of nowhere, so violent we couldn’t walk outside, it was amazing. The weather is so unpredictable which makes every day fun, you never know what you are going to get.

Well, I should get going, I am in the cottage, keeping an eye on the sleeping babies as the rest of the gang is at the dining hall eating dinner, I hope you all enjoy the pictures, I will post again if this dude keeps his wireless router on!
